Dr.
Marcella Bauman is a graduate from the University of Waterloo. She completed
both her Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degree while at
Waterloo. Following graduation, Dr. Bauman was an associate in a northeast London
optometry practice for several years. She subsequently spent a year in San Francisco,
performing clinical research for a project at the University of California in
Berkeley. On her return to London in 1995, she opened her own optometry office
in Wortley Village. She enjoys providing optometric services, along with her
associates, in a family-oriented practice. Dr. Bauman is an affiliate of TLC
laser centre. She loves living and working in the Old South community. In her
spare time, she enjoys black and white photography, home decorating and spending
time with her family. |

Dr. Christina Schropp,a native of Kitchener-Waterloo, graduated in 1991 from the University of Waterloo, School of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree. As part of her training she completed an externship at the Karl-Ludwigs Universitaet Klinik in Freiburg, Germany. After practicing for a short while in Nova Scotia, Dr. Schropp established a three doctor optometric practice in Whitby, Ontario. Marriage brought her to London in 2003. Dr. Schropp joined Dr. Bauman and Associates in the summer of 2007. Dr. Schropp offers complete quality eye care to her patients, including thorough eye examinations, eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, LASIK vision co-management and geriatric eye care. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Schropp has been working as a clinical supervisor at the University Of Waterloo School Of Optometry. In the past, she has volunteered in eye care missions with the International Rotary Organization and the Canadian World Health Organization. |
